Hello,
I'm looking to generate a capital account statement for an LP.  When I select Statement Export, the dropdown for Capital Accounts shows duplicate names for each LP.  I'm still able to get what I need, but it's just a bug I thought I'd bring to your attention.

Getting this error. Situation is - I sent my Q2 update newsletter. All was great. I clicked on "Deliveries" and then "edit e-mail templates" and then the newsletter updated to a draft version, which appears to also have been sent out. now it appears that I can't re-edit, see the content, or send to additional recipients
 

Hi, as for the public website - fully understand it is being retired from Decile Hub, however:
1. Could you please set it active for another few weeks so we can build and set the DNS correctly?
2. Unfortunately I don't have the backup of the final version of our website - would HIGHLY appreciate the opportunity to get the latest snapshot of it.

What is the different between Status and Stage for the investor commitments table?

Does the Status for a given Stage, that is, once it is closed for a given stage, the status will change to, say 'in progress' for the next stage, etc. Can someone please confirm?

Why can someone be in 'In progress' in a 'Declined' Stage? 

We are getting these errors even though checking my outgoing email there is no such identical email sent.

I'm trying to print a capital account statement from inception, and instead of the header stating the date of fund inception, it states Jan 01, 1926.  Appreciate your help in fixing this.

I'm running into an error using the Decile Hub REST API to automate importing contacts and pipeline prospects into my account.

Org and people creation are working fine via the API, but I'm getting a 403 Forbidden on all POST requests to /api/v1/pipeline_prospects. I checked my token's permissions array and it comes back as empty ([]), which I believe is why pipeline writes are blocked.

Is there a way to require signing of NDA for visitors to my data room prior their entry from a publicly shared link?

Looks like something happened to the bank sync. Transactions don't appear to have been updated since April. Also, under Back Office->Investments - updates to valuations don't seem to be appearing.

Can't get the AI Toolkit to work this morning.  Here is a screen shot:

When we upload strange and unusual characters via CSV Decile hub converts them to ? (question mark).

‌‌‌  <- Three Zero-Width Non-Joiners (U+200C)
‍‍‍  <- Three Zero-Width Joiners (U+200D)
⁠⁠⁠  <- Three Word Joiners (U+2060)
⁣⁣⁣  <- Three Invisible Separators (U+2063)

All cause this problem.  We want to get non-printing characters into DecileHub to work around the problem that you cannot use a field as a sub variable if it is empty.
